Great Living Homes was started in 1992 by it’s founding director Phillip Jenner. Today Phillip still manages the company and takes great interest in every home that is built. Phillip overseas all aspects of construction and plays a pivotal  role in the high quality standard of service that is delivered to our customers.

Our motto is “Known for Excellence” and this statement is the cornerstone for all our actions and endeavors. We believe that if we cannot deliver to our customers a service that cannot live up the this motto, then we refine it until it does. Our excellent reputation has been built by consistently delivering fine quality homes and proudly standing by them. Phillip and our loyal staff treat every home as though it was their own and they expect the best possible finish to each and every home.

We build a vast range of homes ranging from modest single storey designs right through to two story homes with undercroft garages and storages areas such as the Mandurah and South Yunderup canal locations.

Our large two storey office complex houses a full drafting and design team committed to providing excellence. We offer a standard range of single or double storey homes that can be altered to suit your individual needs or our team can provide you with a totally custom designed home that is only limited by your imagination.
