We are also experienced in designing and building eco-friendly, sustainable homes for self-sufficient home living and care-free living homes with minimal gardening or maintenance required.

We can help create a no-fuss, easy-care outdoor environment with artificial lawn and native plants which allow for a lock up and leave lifestyle, perfect for those who work away or travel often – we can even offer smart wiring, enabling you to remotely control lighting and home security to make it appear as though the house is occupied.
Some of our clients have had special requests for their new home to help make their lives easier in their golden years including installing an elevator, intercom security systems, remote-controlled security gates and ducted vacuum systems. We have also built a bed and breakfast business which required individual door locks (all keyed separately for the security of the guests) and wheelchair access to all areas of the home. We will always do our best to source and provide whatever our clients need.

All of our homes are also assessed for energy efficiency and all achieve a minimum of 6 stars prior to the commencement of the build.
After construction is finished, our homeowners are entitled to a 4 month ‘Peace of Mind’ maintenance period where they can identify any issues for rectification, as well as a 20 year warranty for structural defects.
